We are recruiting a Digital Solutions Administrator (Temp – 6 Months) at our Hitachi Connected Technology (HCT) facility in Hebburn, who will support with the maintenance of our fleet management system (CTFleet Link). The successful candidate will maintain the fleet management system daily, and support customers with any telephone enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all administrative duties associated with CTFleet Link.
• Liaising with all internal & external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
• Create rental agreements on the internal ERP system and generate monthly customer invoices.
• Generate machine performance reports from CTFleet Link as and when required.
• Provide admin support for the Hitachi online information portal Global e Service.
• Prepare presentations to showcase the benefits of CTFleet Link to internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend industry trade shows as and when required to support the HCT/CTFleet Link team.
• Monitor any product reliability issues and report back to the Digital Solutions Manger
• Report to and assist external authorities with any theft recovery enquiries.
• Provide General Admin support to HCT Workshop & Field Operations when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Essential

• GCSE Grade C or above in Math’s and English (or equivalent).
• Strong administrative and IT skills, proficient with applications such as MS Office & Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, with excellent telephone manners.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and comply with internal and external business processes.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide industry leading customer service with a customer focus first approach.
• Good interpersonal skills in an open office environment.

Preferred 

• Degree level qualified in subjects such as Business or Technology.
• 2+ years demonstrable experience in a general administration role.
• Experience of working in the plant hire or construction industry.
• Knowledge of fleet telematics systems.
• Knowledge of Application Programmable Interface (API) architecture.
